See downtown Opelika in a whole new light with Lantern Lore, a lantern-lit walking tour presented by the Museum of East Alabama in partnership with Opelika Main Street! Choose between two routes, the Merchant Square Tour at 5:30 p.m. or the Railroad Avenue Tour at 8 p.m. Each tour covers less than a mile and lasts approximately 45 minutes, offering a leisurely stroll through Opelika’s past. Tickets are $20 per person, with all proceeds benefiting the Museum of East Alabama and its mission to preserve local history.
