SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Since he was a freshman, Sylacauga running-back Maleek Pope’s career has been nothing short of a human highlight reel.
In the last four years, very rarely was Pope not the best player on every field he stepped on. Now, Pope has a chance to show his talents on the college level.
On Tuesday, Pope committed to the University of North Alabama. He will sign his letter of intent tomorrow at Sylacauga High School at 9 a.m.
