RadioAlabama Sports brings you Friday night action from Sylacauga, Childersburg, B.B. Comer, Fayetteville and Lincoln. Take a look at where each team is playing this week and where you can listen to the game.
Sylacauga (3-0, 1-0) vs. Moody (1-1, 1-0)

Sylacauga is seeking to go 4-0 for the second-straight season. The Aggies blitzed Springville 42-21 a week ago to open up region play 1-0. Moody just squeaked by St. Clair County 21-7. Sylacauga’s dominating offensive performance was a season-high in points. The offense is now averaging 32 points per game, and the Aggies will face a Moody defense that is giving up 25 points a game. Sylacauga won last year’s meeting 21-14. The Aggies have the lead in the all-time series 5-2.
Childersburg (2-1, 0-1) vs. Holtville (1-1, 0-1)

Childersburg is looking to rebound from its first loss of the season, which came against Talladega 28-8 last week. Holtville was thrashed by Handley 34-10 last week. A loss this week puts either team in a difficult situation to dig out of, so tonight’s game has big region implications. With both teams defenses leading their respective teams, expect points to be at a premium tonight. Childersburg lost to Holtville 35-12 last year, but they lead the all-time series 7-4.
B.B. Comer (0-2, 0-1) at Glencoe (0-2, 0-1)
B.B. Comer has suffered two heart-breaking losses to good teams to open the season. Nonetheless, the Tigers have proven they belong, and tonight is an opportunity to build on the good performances to date. Glencoe is still searching for its first points of the season, and the defense is allowing 34 points per game. A loss for either team puts them in the cellar, so tonight is a must-win for both teams. B.B. Comer beat Glencoe 40-7 last year, and they lead the all-time series 3-0.
Fayetteville (2-1, 0-1) at Central Coosa (0-2)
Fayetteville’s defense carried them through the first two weeks of the season, only allowing seven points per game during that stretch. But, last week was a different story losing 63-14 to Reeltown. This week, the test is much easier as Central Coosa hasn’t scored a point in 2019 and are allowing 41.5 points per game on the defensive side of the ball. A win for Fayetteville puts them back in the region conversation. Fayetteville beat Central Coosa 17-8 in 2018, and they lead the all-time series 4-1.
Lincoln (1-1) vs. Leeds (1-2, 1-0)
The Lincoln Golden Bears are fresh off a bye week, looking to avenge its loss to Walter Wellborn two weeks ago. Despite the 61-34 loss, Lincoln found positives in the offenses performance with quarterback Javion Surles throwing five touchdowns and wide-receiver Brian Garrett hauling in three for scores. The Golden Bears have a chance to build off their performance against Leeds’ defense, which is allowing 27 points per game. Both offenses will be on display as major region implications will be hashed out at Keith Howard Memorial Stadium. Lincoln beat Leeds 42-21 last year, but Leeds leads the all-time series 9-4.
