On Friday the Sylacauga Aggies (3-0) face off against yet another region foe in the Moody Blue Devils.
The Blue Devils will return the trip to Sylacauga after the Aggies went on the road and won in exciting fashion in 2018.
Sylacauga Head Coach Matt Griffith told The Aggie Sports Network in his weekly interview that if his team wants to make the playoffs this is a “must win” game versus Moody.
If indeed a must win game, expect Sylacauga to stick to the run game with Sophomore Maleek Pope and Senior Jordan Ridgeway. The two have combined for 14 rushing touchdowns and 848 yards through three games. The duo is averaging over 8 years per rush and 282 rushing yards per game.
