The 6-foot-8-inch product out of Norcross, Georgia chose Auburn over Oklahoma State. According to 247Sports Composite rankings, Thor is the No. 8 power forward in the 2020 class and the No. 51 player nationally.
It was the first of three notable commitment dates slated for Auburn this month with two five-star players yet to announce their decisions. On April 17, the No. 3 player nationally, Jalen Green, will choose between Auburn and Memphis, and on April 24, Greg Brown, the No. 1 power forward and No. 9 player nationally, will choose between Auburn, Kentucky, Memphis, Michigan and Texas.
According to 247Sports, Auburn has the No. 8 recruiting class in the country.
