Montgomery Academy survives competitive clash with Trinity Presbyterian 21-17

The margin for error was so small it only piqued the anxiety, but Montgomery Academy didn’t mind, dispatching Trinity Presbyterian 21-17 in an Alabama high school football matchup.

Montgomery Academy put a bow on this victory with a strong final-quarter kick, outpointing Trinity Presbyterian 13-7 in the last stanza.

Neither offense could get untracked in fruitless first and third quarters.

Trinity Presbyterian constructed a bold start that built a 10-8 gap on Montgomery Academy heading into the locker room.
