Jodi’s Homemade Blackberry Cobbler

4 cups of fresh blackberries
Lemon juice
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
6 tablespoons butter, melted

Put blackberries in a 9-inch square dish, and squeeze a little lemon juice on them. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and egg until it feels like coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle that mixture evenly on the berries. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden bubbly. Serve with vanilla ice cream!
